I’m just getting started, I lived like a centenarian for years in the pursuit of spiritual progression, i don’t drink alcohol and I think biologicaly I’m like 20 years old.
I used to think I’m a hard gainer but I’m not, I just can’t get fat no matter how much I eat, I learned I can gain muscle fast, my genetics have been carrying me, I think I’m myostatin deficient, Thank God for everything and thank you guys for the support I feel it, I’m still recuperating, Healing takes time and energy, hopefully i can recuperate soon

So I’m currently on 400mg test and 210mg primo, I’m waiting for the tren to clear my system

I’m thinking to try bulking on deca next

I measured 16” when I wasn’t trying to take a picture, it was just a rough check with a standard tape measure, i did make sure it was tightly wrapped around my bicep, I think I can tense much better than this

So I thought I would just tell you guys what happened,

I’m currently on an elimination diet, I’m struggling to find the fuel for my workouts, I’m planning to try vertical soon

I have become intolerant to protein shakes for the first time in my life guys, its unusual, I hope I can regain the ability to tolerate it soon

It wasn’t caused by the tren but I think the tren was slowing recovery and healing

So this cycle at first I was just really busy and I turned the bulk turned into a cut because of circumstance and intuition, I did use clen for about 2 weeks, I titrated up to 80mcg per day, I felt completely safe and fine on that dose, I was using extra electrolytes and checking my blood pressure, around that time while I was on tren and clen I went to the doctor to check if he would give me telmesartan but be said my blood pressure was fine and I didn’t need telmesartan.
I felt a little addicted to the clen.
I only stopped the clen because I thought I got too lean and I wanted to go back to bulking. I didn’t use much clen, I still have some left.

So the reason I got deloaded is because at first I was busy and exhausted but I did get dumbells to use, then I got headaches, then constipation, and then I had diarrhea for around 3.5 weeks, it wasn’t ending and it drained me, but I don’t think it was diarrhea, I think i have become intolerant to some foods now, I think it was inflammation and intestinal damage caused by negative energy and spiritual attacks. When I meditate I can feel it was coming from palpable external energies that was hurting my intestines.

I did 1g of tren on my last cycle and gained 15kg in 12 weeks and I could tolerate all foods, i was drinking protein shakes around the clock.

This time I only went up to 420mg tren, low dose according to most. But the only variable is this time I told people I was on tren and when I was on 1g I kept it a secret as an experiment, so now I think it’s better to just keep these things private because of the misinformation and negative beliefs and views people have developed.
I have learned most people are staunchly against steroid use, the doctor punched me in the face, not hard but I felt it, when he asked why I wanted to check my blood pressure I thought let me just be honest so I told him I was on steroids and he punched me in the face, he was around 80 years old and I didn’t want to hurt him, he was telling me I could be like the Michelin man naturally and I don’t need steroids and stuff like that.

Right now I’m still recuperating from everything, I’m focusing on my kitchen skills and my diet, my gut health has improved but im still not 100%,
once the tren clears my system I’m planning to do a treatment of lab tested and certified BPC-157

It’s just a struggle to find fuel for my workouts right now

I’ve also had some sciatica pain keeping me out the gym recently

I feel really good on 400mg Testosterone and 210mg primo

I also took some ai and caber after stopping the tren this time and I feel like my Hormones are more balanced than last time I came off tren without ai or caber, I believe I utilitised it well for me

So I hope that explains everything
