I just came out the shower and I spent a few seconds to take 3 pictures
I deleted 1 of them, it’s in the recycle bin on my phone, it still does look good
I don’t like spending too long taking pictures
This is a bad camera angle, my phone is on a desk lower than hip level
And I have lights turned on behind me lol
And the curtains are open so I have side day lighting as well as very dim lights in here

I was sick the last few weeks so or so and couldn’t get to the gym so I bought a bench, now I have 2 sets of dumbbells, 2x 20kg and 2x 10kg
It was one thing after another, nothing connected to my cycle.
I came off all the oral steroids.
I’m currently on 402.5mg Testosterone E, 420mg Tren E, 210mg primo E per week Through daily administration.
57.5mg Test per day, 60mg Tren per day, 30mg primo per day, in 1x 1ml insulin syringe per day, I still 20% space left in the insulin syringe
The test is 250mg/ml, the tren is 200mg/ml, the primo is 100mg/ml
0.23ml testosterone E per day, 0.30ml tren E per day, 0.30ml Primo E per day
I have the skills to do 2x 1ml insulin syringes per day
but according to my calculations based off if other people are telling the truth this should be the perfect dose for me right now
I’m currently on 100mg tamoxifen night and 50mg tamoxifen morning
Pharmaceutical Grade Tamoxifen is around 10x cheaper here, I bought 50x boxes of tamoxifen from the pharmacy, 30x 10mg tamoxifen, 300mg per box for around £64, it’s much more convenient
