Last night I decided to visit my neice and baby Zayne today, I’m on the train now. I don’t think I’ll go gym today, I did sprint around 300m to the trainstation though lol, I’ll get the last train back to London at around midnight, I’ll just spend the day with my neice and the baby.
I wasn’t going to tell her I’m leaving so she didn’t try to stop me but she found out from my sister and I don’t know how sister found out lol, she did try to stop me but I explained my reasons to her and she came around, she wants me to be happy
From my experience my strength should be increased tomorrow again.
I decided to get 4-5 reps with 130kg squats before I attempt 140kg again, I did do 19 reps with 100kg squats, i should have recorded it, I think the strength is there, I don’t it was unreasonable to attempt 140kg, I just think I need to master my squat form first
