Hey, good workout guys. Those Push ups felt like quality, the reps got driven down by the HIT workout.
I only waited to cool down from the HIT to start the push ups. At the end of the push ups there was hardly any rest between sets, maybe 15 seconds, I was curious to see the rep range. I was trying to keep the reps down and even bring them under 10. Night guys

Hey guys. You may have noticed I have been watching Kingdom while I do push ups, Joe Rogan recommended it, God bless him.
my spiritual compass gave me the feeling I should watch season 3 of kingdom recently, and I don’t have much of an appetite for anything else on netflix right now. I believe I have learned some stuff about the world from watching it, i think before I had a limited perspective on reality.
In the beginning of season 3 I was like why are those guys hurting that woman and i felt so bad for her and women like her. Women like that have my respect and love, i think it’s not their fault. I believe all man made problems can be fixed by men. I realised I need to pray for them, that God helps them reach their goals. And I realised I should also pray for the men hurting them too, that God changes them, that he fixes their hearts and removes the false desires from them and that he sends them on a journey of reformation and progression so they can makes things right in the universe.
People are always changing, everyday, for better or worse, I think we should use our resources to have a positive impact on them and help them change for the better and maybe one day they will come back and help you instead of hinder you because of the effect you had on them.
And I know everyone has the potential for massive spiritual progression.

Hey guys. It seems last nights workout brought my reps down. My chest muscles are feeling sore but in a nice kind of way, the way you feel when a muscle is growing. I think maybe being in this rep range is better for hypertrophy. Im feeling my chest muscles more while I’m doing reps
