Hey guys, it’s snowing heavily here in London, Praise the Lord. It’s so beautiful. A blanket of snow has settled over everything and it’s still snowing. It’s such a beautiful day, Thank God.
I took some physique pictures for you guys. My neck and right trap is feeling sore today, right were my back tattoo is, restricting my movement a bit which is preventing me from posing properly. I’m just saying because I think you guys want to know. And I know, my back looks unloved right?
The last time someone massaged my back was that time I went to a Chiropractor, other my sisters babies

Hey guys, I’m thinking about the audience effect. I don’t know if its true but years ago I heard there was one guy who eat so much food he died on a website, I think it was Justin.tv or something, he would sit there and eat and people would watch and comment. I heard the audience was cheering him on to eat more food and he kept eating until he died one day. Its an interesting story I was told but I haven’t seen evidence it actually happened.
I’m so grateful you guys are my audience. I know you guys love me, i feel the positivity and good intentions. I feel the support and prayers, God bless you guys

Hey guys, I ordered some more tattoo aftercare products. I went with the Tattoo Goo brand, balm, lotion and soap. Its hard to find products that work for my skin and I’m feeling hopeful these tattoo products will be good for me.
I did the diamond set facing the opposite direction for the first time here and it felt much better because before my palms was exerting force towards the grain. I’ve learnt that having a good grip on the ground and squeezing inward with hands feel beneficial

Hey guys. I trimmed my legs today for the first time in my life. I feel as though I lost a couple pounds lol.
I trimmed my back hair too apart from the tattooed areas, I washed it with baby shower gel, then put cream on it when I came out. I hope the woman I’m trying to impress is pleased.
I have had 0 meals today apart from a protein shake, I’m planning to have one big dinner to catch up on calories.
I was thinking about horses, how they massage horses and stuff, does that improve muscle definition? Is that why my back is lacking definition compared to my front? My back had really good muscle definition when I was a teenager.
I think I had bigger traps when I was a teenager too. I couldn’t find any physique pictures of myself when I was a teenager. A few might exist, I’ll ask around lol

Hey guys, pictures last night were taken minutes apart. I was putting a lot of concentration into my quads and was struggling to pose my upper body at the same time. The weak lighting doesn’t help. My legs felt abnormally sore when went to bed.
I still have not received the blood test
