I think the acai berry works for me, I’m going to try upping my dose to 5g per day. I took a few days off glutamine and now I’m on 5g per day, I don’t need more right now.

Hey guys, I know I haven’t attempted any calisthenics training. I’m weary to do calisthenics unless I go all in to it, it felt very taxing, like it was using something vital from me and it felt like it was reprogramming my body that one time in the park.
I have a theory that aside from light stuff like push ups and Sit ups doing extreme bodyweight exercises causes the subconscious mind to decide you need to be ligher.
I think If i went down the calisthenics road right now I would experience fat loss and quality contractile tissue gains but I don’t think I would get much heavier long term compared to bodybuilding. I’m thinking it might hinder muscle mass accumulation for me when I can get back in the gym and I’m expecting noobie gains this time when I get back in the gym and I don’t want to mess with that potential.
My body responds very well to deadlifting and squatting whenever I come back after a break.
And good news guys, according to all evidence present I believe my gut is 100% cured, Praise the Lord, so my hormones should come back much better than they were before TRT logically. I already feel much higher T than a few days ago, thank God

Hey guys, I didn’t know I was going to be doing this today but it felt right, I decided to hammer out 1000 push ups today.
I’m feeling the benefits of this workout right now, Praise the Lord.
For the inclines I’m using a rocking chair foot stool from IKEA and It seems to be perfect for me.

I’m thinking to dismantle it and take it to Bulgaria with me.
I’m going to go HIT in circuit soon, to finish this workout

Hey guys, I had to take a break during the HIT to edit the plan.
I have reached the maximum number of edits allowed so I have to wait before I can edit my posts which is why I had to repost the workout after editing it.
Good workout guys, I was dripping sweat by the end of it, it took about 5 hours. I’m going for a shower now. I’ll have to delete the extra posts tomorrow.

Hey guys, I used my phone calculator on split screen to tally the numbers from last night, it works good enough for me to know I did over 1000 push ups yesterday but I wouldn’t do that in the office.
Anyway, I slept very well thank God. I feel well rested and much healthier, Praise the Lord. I’m going to take it easy because my tattoos feel hard today. I’ve started putting the tattoo balm on them all now. It was £10 for the tub, this stuff smells amazing and works as the best beard balm I have ever tried. I’m going try out a cheaper brand and see if it will give the same results
Hey guys, I’m running late today. One of my friends called me to catch up and we spent about 3 hours on the phone. I’m going to have a late night because there are prayers I want to complete before I sleep and my workout too
