Hey, my family want me to stop talking here and everywhere online and I can feel their will power having an effect on me since they have been reading this. Today I was feeling drained, tired and silent. I can feel their energies, effecting me. Maybe you guys can feel their attention too?
it makes me realise how much their will has manifested itself in my life and I realised it’s the best thing for me to live away from them so I can grow, develop and progress as a man without any negativity. I hope and pray my family becomes more supportive and I hope you guys pray for them too, night

Night guys

Hey guys I’m back. I got myself tattooed a few times today. I feel like I’m over the moon right now, Praise the Lord.
So it’s been over 2 months on over 300 push ups a day and it’s coming up to 2 months on over 100 Sit ups a day. I’m happy with my results all things considered. My abs responded to the Sit ups how I thought they would from my experience, thank God. I’m excited to see what’s possible for the 3rd month on this protocol
