Hey guys, I am in between sets here. I am going to cover my tattoo with a folded clean paper towel then wear a super thin glove for the push ups, that’s how I wrapped it last night

Hey guys, in between sets here. I’ve been feeling symptoms since I got back from my mums which delayed my workout, I was waiting to feel better and it felt like you guys prayed for me and got me going. I’m feeling Hungry and full. Dehydrated yet no appetite for water or food

Hey guys, I got the day off work. I’m going to stay in and try to recover. I think I need to eat high calories again to up my natural testosterone production.
I hope and I pray the Lord will get me through this day and help me complete all my tasks

I feel like that meal gave me an instant boost in estrogen, I don’t know of any alternative meal that compares at relieving my symptoms when my estrogen is low

Hey guys, I have been feeling too weak to shower and I haven’t prayed yet because I decided to prioritise the push ups, that is what you guys are probably feeling.
I will do the Sit ups after I complete my daily worship, prayer and remembrance protocol.
I’m going for a shower now, thank God for helping me get through those Push Ups. And thank you guys for praying for me, I felt the support

Hey guys, I just got back from a 20 minute walk, I seem to walk about 20 minutes everyday on average but I don’t write it down.
I ate 3/4 of that pizza and 3/4 of that cookie dough, I feel much better, Thank God.
I only have a few more sets left with the prayer beads then I can relax a bit.
I’m going return to IM administration of the BPC-157 tonight, so it will be IM once at night and orally once in the mornings. It seems way more effective like that instead of orally twice a day

My cooking injury, I think it might need stitches but I don’t want to go to the hospital or a doctor, I think they’re all too busy

You are right. After I posted the picture last night I got the idea to disinfect it with alcohol then i put antiseptic cream on it and it feels much much better this morning, the wound feels much softer and it seems to be closing up by itself

I fell asleep for a few minutes because I put the picture of my lunch here

Hey guys, So I know I haven’t had a leg day in a while. I thought the gyms was going to close during my last leg day, I went so hard that it took until after the lockdown to recover. Praise the Lord my legs have been loyal since I did security, I never loose much weight on my legs and the mass comes back fast and easy, thank God, after a few leg days so I don’t want to tamper with that reaction by doing bodyweight exercises. I’ll start the push ups now

Hey guys, I took my paid holiday entitlement so I have some time off work. I might aswell use it. They won’t give the holiday pay if I continue working at the same time so I have to take the days off.
I’m going to use the time to focus on my health and my future
