Hey guys, my left hand is feeling better.
But now the knuckles and wrist in my right hand are stiff and sore. I wonder if some of you are running an experiment?
I don’t mind. I just hope you guys will pray for me as I pray for you

Hey guys. Im finding it a bit hard to breath right now. I want to shower but I feel like I don’t have the strength right now, so I’ll sit down and try to relax for a bit, ohh yea I just remembered cobra kai season 3 is on netflix.
Anyway I think it’s hormonal, It feels like my estrogen is crashed, I’m eager to see my blood test results. I’m thinking a high calorie day will make me feel better

Hey guys, I just got done eating, I’m feeling a bit better, thank God.
I’m pretty sure the cause of my symptoms is hormonal, I don’t have a cough or sore throat and no temperature. I’m feeling slightly tired and run down, slight body ache and abnormally cold. I’m the type of guy that loves cold weather and cold temperatures, I’ve been training myself for years to be able to handle the cold but right now I feel like I can’t tolerate it

Hey guys, I just ordered myself some fish and chips, I think I need the calories and nutrition.
Im going through intense hunger right now, I feel like I haven’t eaten anything for a couple days or something and I feel like I’m fighting a cold right now. When I woke up my neck was sore but it’s feeling much better now, Thank God

Thank you guys for praying for me. I felt it. It makes me emotional. I believe in your efforts and your prayers, they all go to the same place, the one who gave us different religions and causes us to believe in different things, The one who is not under the constraints of Time, The Artist, The King, The Most Holy, The Light, The One God.
I hope and I pray he guides us all to heaven and that he makes it easy for us and he gives us good in this life and good in the next life, and I pray that he unites us and give us love for eachother

Hey guys I’m home. I went to the supermarket after work. I’ve got a sirloin steak marinated, I’m going to start cooking after I pray, I haven’t got much devotions left for today.
I think I will have an arm day today, Diamond push ups, with dumbell curls in circuit but not HIT.
I weighed my fully loaded dumbells on the scales, they’re just over 15kg
