Hey, I’m just letting you guys know i’m alright.
I just finished the dishes. Im about to sit down for a bit and then start hammering away at the push ups. I went through my 40 rep Pseudo video, I think the power is up but my form is rusty because my core is still feeling sore from the Sit ups from the other day.
I really feel how nutritious my meal was now, I feel rejuvenated or something . I had been craving my multivitamin over the past few days lol
And my blood test has arrived, I will probably come off the Turkesterone on Saturday night and draw blood on Monday morning
Hey guys. My form is off, I think my core still needs to recover, I think my lower back still needs to recover, its arching too much.

Here is the low calorie cheese I found in the supermarket, it was like a miracle to me. I went back the other day and they had ran out but I can order more on their website
Hey guys, I accidentally cut potatoes. So I’m going to air fry them first then try to keep them warm in the oven while I air fry the steak
The best steak I have ever cooked, the first time I’m enjoying a steak that isn’t well done.
I would give it an extra 1 minute next time though
I used carnivore style butter, coarse black pepper and a little bit of jerk powder seasoning to marinate the steak, it looks good, I’ll let you know how it came out
It was so soft and tender. Definitely the best steak I’ve ever cooked, Thank God for the food.
The air fryer was preheated to 200 c when I put the steak in. I set it for 5 minutes. I basted it with butter on both sides while turning it over, then 3 more minutes

Hey, I filmed the last set of Sit ups for you guys, it’s uploading now.
My protein shake came today, and also I got some more supplements to try out; B3 Nicotinamide, capsicum and Ashwagandha.
And I got 6 more vials of BPC-157 because i believe it is working… And I got 3 more bottles of Turkesterone because there is plenty of evidence telling me it is working, I don’t want to come off lol.
I’ll try to take end of year physique pictures for you guys, I think it’s better I take them tonight because my mum wants to cook a roast lamb leg tomorrow
