Hey guys, we couldn’t find lamb, but it’s not a big deal, I don’t mind. We can have roast lamb next week, if God wills.
The turkey was delicious, everything was, Thank God for the food. I don’t feel bloated or anything and I forgot to bring my hcl pills today, I think the BPC-157 is working, i had 500 mcg orally this morning and I feel really good right now.
My sisters babies were crawling on me earlier, they made me laugh so much I couldn’t stand up and my chest felt like it was going to explode, I feel like I have a pump from just laughing
Hey guys, I decided to finish off todays push ups with regular sets to try to give some parts of me some rest
So I’ve decided to administrator the BPC-157 orally from now on at 500 mcg twice per day for now, I’ll see how I feel on that dose in a few days.
I’m still on my 2nd vial and have one more vial left unless I want to order more.
I definitely feel improved gut health, thank God

Hey guys, I want to do regular push ups for the next 2 days to see what my reps will be like with the diamond push ups when I reintroduce them, and also the other sets too, my triceps felt that HIT workout.
I have done a lot of diamond push ups in my life, maybe even more than regular, God knows these statistics
That’s what’s left in the air fryer after making one wrap, I’ll put this in the fridge then reheat the chicken and make the wraps as I go along. I will only make them in advance if I am going out
She said to fry 1 onion, she uses olive oil, when golden add the lamb. High heat. Stir occasionally until the lamb is browned, around 10 minutes.
Then add half a teaspoon of ground pepper, stir for about 2 minutes.
Then add one teaspoon of turmeric, stir for about 3 minutes.
Cover with already boiled water. Turn heat down to medium low, cover with lid, let it simmer for 1 hour, stiring occasionally.
Then add 2 tablespoons of tomato puree and sea salt.
The green beans was sautéed in butter until bright green then added to the stew at this point.
Let simmer for another 30 minutes.
At the last 10 minutes add the juice of half a fresh lime.
She said you could add 1 table spoon sweet pepper paste with the meat or tomatoe puree

Hey guys. I came to my sisters house again, i brought steaks. I’m just going to chill with her and the babies today.
Last night the push ups was much easier with just the regular sets, I completed them in around 30 minutes, not amazing speed I know.
And I completed the sit ups in about 4 minutes, it felt much better to do the sets in one go rather than 1 set every 4 hours.
I heard arnold say he used to do 1000 reps of sit ups, I think that would take me about 45 minutes, I want to try that out and see the results
A quick update on the BPC-157 for you guys, 500 mcg twice a day orally seems like good dose for me, I haven’t noticed any negative sides and my gut health has improved drastically.
I had 3 meals yesterday apart from a protein shake. 2 chicken wraps and the lamb green bean stew, I did not take any HCL and pepsin yesterday, for reference I was on 3-4 HCL pills per meal before, I feel fine without it, Thank God
My sisters steak. It came out better than my air fried steak and my air fried steak came out really nice, so nice I won’t try frying a steak anymore lol
Sirloin steak, asparagus, mushrooms, mashed potatoes and red pointed sweet pepper with gravy
