Hey guys, my hamstrings are feeling tight today so I’m not going to row.
I’ll go for a run in the park tonight instead. And I’m going to try to complete the push ups with minimal rest between sets today so I’ll start on them later

HIT Workout today:

I have been doing this since high school with great results. The sets are in order, No rest between sets. Sometimes I would switch it up and do set of sit ups in between every set of push ups and Dumbep curls

  1. 50 - Regular Push Ups
  2. 51 - sit ups
  3. 31 - Diamond push ups
  4. 13 - Dumbell Curls - 12kg
  5. 21 - incline push ups
  6. 26 - sit ups
  7. 20 - Elevated push ups
  8. 20 - dumbell curls - 12kg
  9. 10 - Elevated Pike push up
  10. 20 - sit ups
  11. 10 - Archer push ups
  12. 10 - dumbell curls - 12kg
  13. 14 - Pseudo push ups
  14. 23 - sit ups
  15. 10 - dumbell curls - 12kg
  16. 11 - Elevated Diamond push ups
  17. 6 - Regular Push Ups (pause set)
  18. 6 - incline push ups (pause set)
  19. 3 - Diamond push ups (pause set)
  20. 2 - Slow Motion push up

I just finished guys. 22 minutes, I haven’t counted my push ups but I think I might need to do some more before I sleep

Air fried peri chicken with melted blue cheese mini wrap to help me through the push ups lol

Hey guys, I lost track of time while praying. It’s like I was in a time trap or something.
I’m going to start on these push ups now. I feel like I have had a rest day to be honest. But now I’m going to do all the sets in a smaller time frame so it should yield better results. I do feel more slightly more jacked since I started Turkesterone administration lol. That reminds me I should weigh myself in the morning

Hey guys. I just finished dinner, a chicken wrap today.
I’m waiting for my food to digest before hammering away at these push ups.
I had the consultation call with the founder of the TRT clinic today. He was really nice and he knows his stuff. I told him that I spent over a year of my life on UGL TRT. We ended up reminiscing about primo lol

They’re sending me a finger prick blood test, and if my levels are low next week, for the 2nd test a week later I’ll get a intra venus test to check on my liver etc.

He said testosterone enanthate would be around £300 per month with their clinic. I think he said test cypionate would be around £120 per month but they come in amps and they don’t condone back filling lol. And test propionate would be around £120 per month.

I told him about the success I had with daily administration and my doses. He said they could put me on testosterone propionate at 25mg per day, I think that might actually be a perfect protocol for me right now.

He prompted me to stop taking biotin today, 7 days before the blood test, and adviced to stop using Maca and he even encouraged me to stop taking all my supplements until after my blood test. I’m thinking about it

Hey guys. I saw my mum today. She saw my haircut for the first time. I asked her what she thought, she said “it will grow back” lol.
I will have some time off work and she said she is cooking a turkey and a roast leg of lamb on the 25th, Thank god I will be with family in the warmth with a meal to look forward to.
I was really isolated in the first few lockdowns at the previous place I was staying, I didn’t see my sisters babies for around 3 months, the little angels

So I decided to cycle off my multivitamin, biotin and everything except vitamin D, cod liver oil, black seed oil, Glutamine and the acai berries… And the HCL since today.
I’m not sure about the Turkesterone though because I think it is actually helping me. im thinking to stop using it around 48 hours before the blood test

I haven’t done anything today. I’m feeling tired with suppressed appetite. I don’t think it’s the Turkesterone. I keep getting hungry for dinner late.
But my physique was looking really good when I got back from work, this HIT workout always yields great results.
You guys should try it out, I’m curious if it will give good results for you guys.
Dumbell curls, sit ups and push ups, you don’t need to do different variations. No rest, until failure. In circuit. Obviously take a few seconds rest if you need to.
I’m thinking the pump can lead to hypertrophy or something. I remember just doing this as a teenager, no one taught me this

Hey guys, so upon watching the videos I realise my neck is shaking alot. my neck has started shaking over the past few days, I think it’s nerves or something. It started when is was doing push ups when I was tired. I’ll try to see if I can stop doing it.
I have only had a protein shake for breakfast and I’m not feeling hungry, I don’t mind, i seem to be looking more shredded today.
Ill probably have a blue cheese wrap bread pizza with air fried steak for dinner, I think that will be my only meal today
