It was a bit overcooked but not really hard to chew. I marinated it in egg white. Next time I’m thinking to try putting the steak in the air fryer and boiling potatoes for mash.
I’m also thinking to try tenderizing the steak with baking soda, maybe that’s how ihop does it
Hey guys, I just got back from the park. I had more fun that I thought I would, and I did better than I thought I would.
I felt free, it was really uplifting. It was dark, the stars were bright. I think the trees prayed for me or something.
I swung around on the bars a bit, they were cold, wet and a bit harsh on my hands, hopefully it will get easier.
I did some dips, some L sit dips with beginner form, I balanced in the air for a couple moments in the phsudo position with my hands at my side and almost got in the pike position with my feet in the air.
I did the beginning part of the muscle up a few times then I jumped on the lowest bar a few times and caught my weight and held it, and did the last part of the muscle up a few times.
Because it’s late for me I will do around 3 more sets of push ups that I can get high reps in to get 300 then get some sleep, night guys

Hey guys, last night i attempted to PR with 150kg using the Sumo method lol, it didn’t work. After that I was too weak to do reps.
I have upped my calories to try to increase my natural testosterone production. I think I cut too many calories too fast and on Sunday it got to me.
Apparently the gyms won’t close so I think need to rest a bit, I think if I went gym today I’d be weaker than yesterday lol.
Maybe I’m not sleeping enough which might be messing with my hormone production, I was really sleepy yesterday, how does Mark wahlberg do it? God bless him.
Maybe if I keep going eventually my body will get used to this.
I still have a selection of anabolics steroids. Its tempting to jump on some testosterone and primo right now, my body is feeling run down, even my mind is feeling kinda tired right now, I believe some primo would fix that.
But i dont want to jump on cycle right now, there is a woman I’m trying to get a date with guys. I care about what she wants. I want to discuss it with her before I would jump on cycle.
I’m also waiting to get my first blood test as a natty, I don’t know if I need TRT now that my condition has improved, I’m no longer intolerant to anything anymore as far as I can tell, thank God, but it would be doctor prescribed this time

Hey guys. I’m still feeling low T symptoms today, but it’s alright, maybe this is what happens to everyone such a short time after stopping tamoxifen. I feel like falling asleep but I’m fighting it because I want to finish the push ups first.
I scheduled a consultation call with a TRT clinic for Monday. They said I would need two blood tests
Hey guys, I just realised it’s been over a month since I’ve been on over 300 push ups a day.
That must be why I posted the picture yesterday lol, at the time I felt the need to post a physique picture but I didn’t get why.
All I was thinking at the time was, I don’t want to do this, I hope I don’t lose her. But I trust God and my spiritual compass.
I am happy with my results even though they came much slower and harder than when I was on test and primo.
I think my chest genetics has actually improved.
I want to continue with the daily push ups at least until my 30th birthday, which is in May 2021, if God wills.
I’m feeling much better since I had my pizza, Thank God.

Hey guys. I have got hold of some Turkesterone for experimentation, I started running it today at 500mg per day.
I stopped using the vitamin C supplement, I think it was making me dehydrated. I’ll try reintroducing it in a few days in the evenings and see how I feel.
