I think what happened is someone said said “God Mode” or something like that, so God let it happen. That proves to you all I am not God. There is only one God.
I myself get scared of the wrath of God when I see/hear terms like that.
It’s impossible to be like him, The Lord of the seven heavens and earths, The Protector of the realms. he initiated the big bang, who dares compete with him, just look at the water from a beach, the ocean and sea, God can pick that up, and that’s a small thing for him. He is the True King

Hi everyone

Since last night I have caught a devil or demon if you want to call it attacking my knee a few times, I believe it’s from the cult I didn’t join. I’m still pondering on the solution to this, but talking about it to you guys might help

I hope I don’t get injured, but I am prepared to because I won’t stop, but I believe there is a solution because God showed me.

Also I was in a meditative state when I remembered seeing a demon driving a sword through my gut around the same time/place as i was around the cult, this was years ago and nothing happened so I forgot about it. Maybe I remembered because I saw my endescopy pictures and it looks like a sword wound.
So from my recent experience I believe all autoimmune is paranormal/supernatural, spiritual attacks and attacks from devils

I won’t stop… So it’s just over 4 weeks since the gyms opened for me. I’m feeling really good physically. At 12 weeks is where i should look ready for the beach lol, that reminds me I went in the freezing sea last winter, I might do that again.
I do eat healthy guys, I’m slowly improving my diet, over the last few days I’ve had uub goosht, gormeh sabzi, and fesenjan, I recommend you all try fesenjun, it’s really good for mind function. I’m on the verge of going all in to bodybuilding, my diet should be dialed in soon, I have an idea for my cooking.
I don’t know why I’m posting pictures mid transformation guys, maybe it’s because if I die the reader will know i’m not a liar

Hi everyone

I just got back from a chest workout. My current PR with the bench is 90kg/198lbs for 2 reps.

I limped to and from the gym, I saw demons attacking me while I was working out, they shifted from my knees to my elbows as I was bench pressing, I felt the pain aswell as saw them prodding me with tools.
I wonder why God is showing me, because before I wasn’t seeing anything when I had joint pain but now I’m convinced the cause of autoimmune is spiritual attacks/devils.
Hopefully I feel well enough to go to the gym tomorrow

I cant do squats or deadlifts today. I’m struggling to walk. I feel the testosterone working to repair the damage already.
I had an urge to blast the deca but I think its to soon for that.
I know the cause, and I have 2 possible solutions so far.
I’m planning to implement both solutions to the cause simultaneously.
I’m hoping I’ll be feeling better in a few days and making gains again.

You guys want to know about their tools. I didn’t get a good look but I would describe them as metallic elongated tweezers and knitting needles.
Since yesterday I have seen them attacking my neck, I’m thinking to go for an X-Ray on my neck now, my neck is feeling sore, but not in a hypertrophy kind of way like when I did shrugs, I feel the testosterone again healing the damage

My blood has been drawn and posted.

Also I had inspiration from God to adjust my HRT protocol.
I have upped the testosterone one notch on the insulin syringe, so I’m now on 0.1ml per day. I think this current vial of testosterone has less mg/ml than the last vial, from my experience I’d say it’s about 270mg/ml in the vial.
I’ve also upped the primo to around 200mg per week, it will vary from 200-224mg per week Depending on which vial I use and if the stated dose is accurate

So you guys want to know about my new diet, im going to keep it simple to begin with, then expand on it.
I know you guys don’t expect me to be a master chef on the first day I step in the kitchen.
I’m going to start with Chicken soup with rice 4 days a weeks, fish soup and rice 3 days a week. 1 apple a day lol, I’m thinking 4 meals of the rice and soup a day to start then maybe add in eggs in the morning when i get used to cooking. That’s all I’ve come up with so far, once I’ve started cooking/prepping ill work on the details

I didn’t hear it, but I saw it and then it started pacing backwards and forwards and it looked like it was screaming still.
I’m trying to work out a way to take pictures of them in their dimension.

Hi everyone

The soup came out really good, it was really tasty.
I put frozen onions, garlic, ginger and tomatoes in the saucepan, some whole black pepper and cloves, some turmeric and a few strands of saffron. Then I put the chicken the pan, added cold water, brought it to boil, then turned the heat down, some sea salt. It was done in about half an a hour.
The rice, it was ok, it had a smokey taste lol. it got stuck and burnt, I don’t know the cause lol
I finished the bowl and afterwards I felt light and satiated and surprisingly not bloated lol
Maybe that’s because I’ve worked on my hcl and pepsin dosage. Now I’m on one pill in the morning with collagen tea to prime my body, then one pill with each high protein meal, I’ve been feeling much better gut health on the increased dosage, also I haven’t been using the castor oil pills, I’m thinking I won’t need them anymore because of the improved hcl and pepsin dosage. And the training and improved diet should also contribute to improving my gut health.
I’m going to add in carrots to my diet, im thinking about the vertical diet and if I can do it with soup and rice.

I had another chest workout in the gym. Dumbell press. I think I’m myostatin deficient

I just have taken my first dose of LGD-4033, 7.5mg, if the label is accurate. I feel it working already. I will be on 7.5mg twice a day for now. So it looks like I’m officially on blast now lol.
I had another proper home chest workout during the night. Then I felt inspiration from God to take the LGD-4033, I felt scared and hesitant, I was shocked lol.
I followed the inspiration as I do because I want to obey God without hesitation or question always

And no, this is not an experiment to see how jacked I can get by placeboing the audience lol

I’m just letting you all know i’m well. I decided to up the LGD-4033 dosage today to 7.5mg three times today, and 15mg twice a day from tomorrow. I’ll be going through the plans for the blast over the next few days. I’m feeling really good, my gut health was improved today. my waist is slimmer, I’m feeling increased appetite and I’m noticing physique improvements.
I’m really liking the feel of the LGD-4033. I found a study that said LGD-4033 is anabolic in the bones, and I heard Deca is the only AAS that’s anabolic in the bones, I don’t know if that’s true.
The LGD-4033 is exactly as coach Greg described it. It feels more potent than the primo, but I haven’t tried it without primo in my system. I see why they call it tissue selective

Hi everyone

I’m bringing the LGD-4033 down to 24mg per day, 12mg twice per day because I think my estrogen is slightly higher than normal already lol.
I’m planning to do cardio tomorrow, I feel as though some of you really want to hear me say that lol, I’ll let you know how it goes.
I feel as though I could smash my rowing PR right now and I haven’t done any rowing since before the lockdown. But I’m not going to attempt to break my PR because I don’t want to put any strain on my body, I’m thinking a 30 minute 5k would be beneficial.
Since experiencing being 66kg before TRT and the symptoms I had at the time, I have become phobic about losing weight, I’m worried about my neck. But I think I need cardio right now lol

I had a really good rowing session today, I left the gym feeling really really good. I actually feel more anabolic now, like the improved blood flow is increasing my muscle growth. I’m eating high calories today lol, I think I should make more gains now because of the cardio. The machine was set to level 9
