Layman' Training Log/Diary - Bodybuilding - (Red Pill/Blue Pill)

So today I decided on back and biceps.
on 1 plate deadlifts, I was getting to around 13 reps but my hands was dictating failure, I wanted to do more reps but but hands were hurting. my hands was locking shut on the bar, and I was forced to kneel at the end of the sets. and I had to pry them off, then they were stuck in a claw like way and I was unable to move them until I opened them with my forearms and they felt stiff. I was trying to conceal it so no one noticed. Some guys was looking at me, i think they were concerned.
I was loving the deadlifts, i wanted to do more but I was worried about my hands. My fingers are feeling weaker than they have ever been in my life, Right now they seem to be looking thicker and stronger but maybe they’re swollen, they feel slightly stiff. I’ve always avoided buying straps trying to build up my grip strength, it was much stronger before.
Other than that I had a good workout, I left feeling much healthier. I’m planning to do military press tomorrow and maybe chest.
