Hey CT, and everyone else on this forum.
I just wanted to say thank you for this amazing way of training, it has really changed my views on the subject.
Although, one thing that confuses me is that you recommend to finish every workout with 30-50 bodyweight dips and chins.
The thing is that I can do 30 strict dips in one set (my chins are around 15/set so I’m still working on them), and it’s starting to feel like it doesn’t give me much anymore.
Would you mind explaining why we should do these bodyweight exercises, and what to do when you have progressed enough to do all of them in one set? Thanks!

I mentioned this in the past… if you can complete the 50 reps in 3 sets or less, start adding weight (attach weight via a weight belt). Only add weight when you take 3 sets or less to complete all the reps.
The goal is to perform mechanical work for neglected body parts by the layer system without overstressing the CNS
