Layered system for 50+

Hi CT,

Very long time listener and reader
I am 53 years old and I train almost everyday, usually according to your programs
I wanted to ask for your opinion regarding this split for the 4 Layers system

Day 1: Bench press
Day 2: Lat work
Day 3: Squat
Day 4: OFF
Day 5: Back
Day 6: Dip
Day 7: Deadlift
Day 8: OFF

I also add some accessory exercises during the first 3 ramp up sets and by the end
My concern is that it might be too much because I also returned to carnivore lately
Thoughts?
