Hello CT,
Been doing the Layer(s) now for 5 weeks since I returned to the gym… and to say I’m making progress would be an understatement.
I have on my Death By Layers;
Back Squat or Deadlift
SGHP
Bench
Push Press
Front Squat
My lower body is fine & coping fine; however my shoulders never feel recovered fully.
I’m half tempted to dump the bench press… given some recent comments in a thread re this.
Or is it possible to structure those 5 in a way that doesn’t necessitate that action ?
Day 6-10 is 3RM, 8*3 90% of 1 of those main & a suitable opposite.
