Layer System Max. Strength - Main Lifts Variations

Dear CT,

First of all, I want to thank you for all your good advice and programs, that i’ve followed and made great progress with!

Currently I do your Layer System for Maximum Strength which goes like this:

Layer #1:
Ramp to max single + 3 Clusters @90% of that

Layer #2:
Back to 70% of the single
Ramp to max double + 2 Clusters @90% of that

Layer #3:

Back to 70% of the single
Ramp to max triple + 1 Clusters @90% of that

Layer #4:
1 set-max reps @ 70% of the max single

My question is the following:

Can I do diffrent variations of the lift for each layer, like pauses, shortened/lengthened R.O.M., breaths, deadstop reps??

My Reasoning is that one can keep training the exact same movement pattern, but using technique/positional strength correcting methods simultaneously

e.g. for the Squat Pattern:
Layer 1: Squat
Layer 2: Paused Squat @ sticking point
Layer 3: Breathing Paused Squat @ bottom position
Layer 4: Squat
