Have there been any adjustments/additions to the layer system? If so, how might a workout look like now? I believe you mentioned HDL has been shortened.

I always adjust things… as you progress on a program you need to change some things for continued progress. I could eventually log my training because it is fast evolving… always using the same principles but with slight differences in application.
