Latest Layering Approach

Hi Christian,

I really like the setup of your latest layering approach. How would you organize a cycle based on Decline Bench, Clean & Press, and SGHP if main goal was to put on muscle. I have read your template in the other thread and didn’t know if that was a strength and size program or more geared towards strength as the initial template was based on a powerlifting meet.
