I’m doing a powerlifting meet (1st ever) in December

My best overall gains have come from the layering system (and variations)

I want to focus your layering system specifically for powerlifting. Ideally benching and squatting twice per week and Deadlift once per week.

My first thoughts was to replace the Incline bench with another comp bench day and alter the layers (can’t land on something I think is smart). And replace the high pull with the Deadlift. Then where would a second Squat session fit in and how would I program my second bench and squat day?
I’d give a more thorough plan for you to look at but I know you aren’t a fan so I thought I’d throw a shot in the dark and hope for the best. Layers FTW!
