I love pull-ups; they connect me to my childhood and it is by far the area where I feel most physically capable. But if I got to choose my athletic ability—it wouldn’t be pulling. I think agility and power are way cooler attributes!

Took Tuesday and Wednesday off from all activities. Knee is no longer barking at me. I really only have a week to train before I’ll be away from the weights. I’m sticking with Easy Strength as much as I can until my travel break.
