My opinion on this.
Keep eating as much as possible.
As per form, I would for sure recommend getting your form proper before ramping up the weights. Use a really low box and get some deep squats and it should fix you up in 2-3 weeks depending on how often your squatting.
But sounds like you making some awesome improvements on your nutrition. More milk is the key my friend, more milk.
