Long time lurker. New member. Been on other forums for 10+ years. 12 yrs with gear. Never injected sub q until last week. Got a massive hard red lump now. Ended up going to urgent care and got amoxicillin. Doesn’t seem to be working. Injected monster test e 300 1 cc with insulin pin. And idea what I should do? Or just ride it out
don’t inject SQ. esp with underground gear. every single person I see following the SQ trend has this happen.
the only Test product that I know meant for SQ is Xyosted, since it doesn’t have the solvents in it that cause this irritation.
Yea. I learned that. This is brutal. Hopefully the antibiotics heals it
I used to inject subq. They always happened and I never got antibiotics. Just give it a few weeks and the hard lump and redness will go away.
It’s the pain that’s bugging me the most. It’s like the worst pip I’ve ever had.
Cousin does subcutaneous injections only and every time he does testosterone injection he gets a small lump that goes away after one week. What he does is he rotates injection sites and does more frequent injections but less in volume.
One thing he notes is that it only happens with testosterone injections and not with any other compound. It helps alot after the injection to softly massage the injection site.
But his lumps are never red and never hurt.
If you bother the lumps switch to IM injections, effects of IM are more immediate while subq take more time to pass and feel the full potential.
Good luck and wish you well.
Does this really last for weeks?
Com’ on man
What you should do is not inject subQ in this situation. 10+ years of using gear you should know this.
I hear that. I know better. Bad lapse of judgement in my part. I hit my sciatica a week or so ago so I thought I’d take a break from IM bad move man
If this is true I think you don’t know better. You should be nowhere near the sciatic nerve.
Man. The internet is wild. This is exactly why I never post on forums. I’m not here for a lecture. I was told to try sub q, so i did. And it fucked up. All im looking for is how long will this last so i can keep moving on.
It takes a while to dissipate. Hard to say how long it will last. Everyone is different. Could be a few days, could be a week. There is no correct answer.
Thank you. I appreciate the response.
