Would it be possible/OK on a fat loss phase to do lactate threshold training (such as PHA or GBC) on M,T,Th,F? I would do different exercises each day, but same type of movements. PHA, for example, would look like this:
Upper push (hor)
Quad
Upper Pull (hor)
Ham
Abs
Upper push (vert)
quad
upper pull (vert)
Ham
Abs
Remember, this is all VERY light weight, little rest, high reps lactate threshold training…
Ok 4x weekly?
