Labs taken 20 hours post last injection of 20mg prop.

Total testosterone: 26nmol (ref 8-29)
Bioactive testosterone: 22nmol (ref 6-13)
SHBG: 9 (ref 10-70) USED TO BE 20 BEFORE TRT
Prolactin: 500 (Range 80-326)

Issues: Low/shitty libido, worthless erection strenght.

What am I gonna do?!

Cabergoline is the treatment for high prolactin. Iā€™m assuming you had an MRI before starting TRT looking for pituitary tumors.

Yes I did. Did it once, they found nothing. Did it again with another doc, just to be sure, found nothing. So im not sure where to go from here.

Prolactin is rather high, potentially causing/aggravating whatever symptoms you may have. Hepatic disruption/disease, renal disease, hypothyroidism, certain medications (SSRIā€™s for instance) are known to elevate prolactin. Excess stress (furthermore) can induce hyperprolactinemia
