It’s about time this place lightened up.
OK, here it is…I was working on my first shot at 100# DB presses. Got my mind right and pressed them like they were 20’s. Lifted my head off the bench to see my toughness in the mirror and who should I see…LaBuff was spot’n me. How frick’n cool was that!!

Sorry, dude, gotta call you on this one. If you were I’m fact working out at the same gym as LaBuff and he saw you lifting the 100s he would’ve muttered, “steroids” under his breath and continued shadow boxing. There is no way you live the LaBuff lifestyle. Benching that much weight isn’t functional.

You’re right. But I don’t think it has. Threads have been deleted and posts chopped up. Apparently some around here can deride our aspirations openly. When the tables are turned, censorship ensues.

Twice a week? Try twice a day, lardass, that’s what it takes to be LaBuff.

good call…ever decide to give up the iron you might consider WSOP poker live from Vegas. No doubt it was a dream. Having been the puggy fat kid that was always picked on and having such great desire to be LaBuff I now know it was just a dream…but…what a dream
if i was labuff, i’d get all my exercise from banging 18yo fan chicks.

people who are in that deep focus have been known to go into trances where labuff appears.
One night I had a dream–
I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the LaBuff
and across the sky flashed scenes from my life.
For each scene I noticed two sets of footprints,
one belonged to me and the other to LaBuff.
When the last scene of my life flashed before me,
I looked back at the footprints in the sand.
I noticed that many times along the path of my life,
there was only one set of footprints.
I also noticed that it happened at the very lowest
and saddest times in my life.
This really bothered me and I questioned LaBuff about it.
"LaBuff, you said that once I decided to follow you,
you would walk with me all the way,
but I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life
there is only one set of footprints.
“I don’t understand why in times when I needed you most,
you should leave me.”
LaBuff replied, "My precious, precious child,
I love you and I would never, never leave you
during your times of trial and suffering.
“When you saw only one set of footprints,
it was then that I carried you.”

you could try but it would be only a fraction of what it truly takes, even in your most wild and vivid hallucinations because the power of LaBuff is incomprehensible even to Albert Einstein.

Yes, it is very possible you undid all your hard work. All those minutes at the gym are wasted now.
To be LaBuff, you have to think LaBuff and practice it until it becomes second nature.
What ever happened to trolls waiting a few months before going full house with their skillz?? I miss those days.

This is AMAZING! We have, like, such a similar training schedule! Except, I don’t do squats or lunges, I just wiggle my butt for as long as I can![/quote]
Video or it didn’t happen…

The first rule of LaBuff is to NOT talk about LaBuff…
Shit guys, I just finished eating 18 oz of chicken breast for post workout meal. As I was finished eating I felt sick thinking about what LaBuff would think about me or if (insert website guru name here) would approve of my meal. Should I purge right now LaBuff or flog myself to a picture of The Shuga? or both?
