Labs After 5 Years of Fence-Sitting. Secondary Hypogonadism?

I exhibit all the symptoms - fatigue, dizziness, anxiety, libido, sexual function. I’ve also historically been very hesitant to subscribe to a life-long protocol (I posted labs here 5 years ago), but that’s changing out of desperation.

34 yo, high metabolism, sedentary job.

I’m reading Daniel Kelly’s book “Optimised Under 35”, and my rock-bottom LH and FSH plus above-range Prolactin seem to chime with his description of secondary hypo characteristics.

I’ve neglected my health this past year - strength-training and outdoor exposure and macro-tracking have fallen by the wayside. I will dial this in over the next few months and get bloods again, but given my bloods haven’t changed much over 5 years I don’t expect much change in the numbers (only the feelings/symptoms, perhaps).

I’ve spent enough time browsing this forum to know there is no hard and fast answer for any individual case, but I’d appreciate any type of feedback with regards where I should be putting my focus.

I agree it looks secondary. Have your doctors rule out any treatable causes, like brain tumor. Also be sure to check your full hormone profile, including thyroid, as that could be off as well.

I’d agree. For your PRL you can take 100-300mg of P5P (B6) and get that into lower portion of the range. You might notice some benefits, but it probably won’t be enough to totally turn you around. A trial run of TRT could help you assess if the benefits are worth the lifetime commitment. I think it is

Thanks. I looked into P5P - some pretty wild, positive claims being made. If it makes even the slightest difference in my tiredness/energy levels, that’d at least help to clarify the big picture

Scanning through previous results, all I have to go on is low/mid Free T4 (4.36 pmol/L) and low/mid Free T3 (12 pmol/L). All told, at some point I’ll probably want to see an endocrinologist
