I read those like 2 yrs ago or something and agreed. I ran experiments on myself 4 yrs ago, with arg. and without and found not much diff. but there was some, tiny, and then read those art. and figured end of debate. BUT what made me open the book again was the fact that l-arginine is still around with so many companies pushing it and then i stumbled on this nobel winner…so i just wanna share what could be potential truth and only one way to find out…back to the lab 4 me! but this time l-arginine m2.

Aside from better wood and a better pump at the gym, I can’t really speak with any authority in regards to the efficacy of arginine products with any goals but the aforementioned in mind.

As far as it’s usefulness in the bodybuilding scene…I know a lot of people who swear by their NO-Xplode type products, so I’m inclined to believe that, although it’s certainly not the next creatine, it’s also not completely useless (and maybe worth a shot) to one with the money to spend.

Cool link, though.

can someone translate… is it good for cardio? muscle retention/repair? or all BS?

Here is some 411 on the dr.

When I saw this thread, I remembered that I still had half a tub of NO-Xplode from months ago.

I gave it the benefit of a doubt and decided to try it again. Needless to say, it did shit all for my workout. lol

She also claims that diet soda is fattening. I know several anorexics and bulimics who can prove her wrong.

Does spinach not have arginine? Are you just talking about powders? What’s alpha about a ditzy bleached blonde?

I have a problem with alot of the info given concerning dosages. I respond to as little as 2grams L-arginine (blow up like a bullfrog). It’s my belief that some folks are non-responders, like with so many other amino acid products. If the amino doesn’t reduce down to primary constituents in the patients body, or express the gene involving vaso-relaxation then no result will be seen. Some folks have this very same problem with creatine.

She might be a bit of a claimer; alegedly. Blowing up the facts a bit and making unfounded claims is last i heard on her but u know how slander works, once it starts its hard to tell the truth.
