i came across scientific literature that suggests the usual serum T level lab draws will OVERestimate the true serum T that exists from taking oral testosterone undecanoate (TU). This is b/c continued conversion of TU to T occurs in the blood tube AFTER the draw, generating misleading T levels. Special blood tube additives ( esterase blockers )are needed to stop this erroneous process. Anybody worried about this? Free T vs total T …and now this added level of confusion for those on oral T
