Had a great time up in MN with grettiron, 2-scoops, and double stuf. Pretty happy with how 550 went, vid will be up sometime soon. My back is pretty wrecked right now so I think I’m gonna stretch/roll on monday then free squat on wednesday to figure out my squat attempts. I’m hoping right now to be able to go 450/250/550 on my seconds attempts for 1250 then something like 470/265/565 for 1300. Getting excited!
