You’re ostensibly arguing that a police officer(who is sworn to protect you)'s life is worth the same as someone who has fucked up badly enough to have a cop aim a gun at them after being tased. If you aren’t on the police officer’s side, then you’re against your own well-being.

He should have been doing his homework.
This is probably true, and the people he shot were criminals, but I have a hard time calling it self defense (although it is) when the reason he needed to defend himself was the result of poor decision making and possibly douchebaggy decision making.
I know some people are trying to defend his being there but he had zero reason to be there, especially armed. And that might be what the prosecution will focus on.

You must define “clearly” differently than I do, but…and this is important…he did not actually(whether he was there to do so or not) pick a fight. A guy whose presence there was a result of the deinstitutionalization of mental health in this country picked a fight and lost badly, and then two other guys decided to give it a go. They also lost badly.

Because he was kidnaping children. A fellon went to his ex, who had restraining order. Kidnapped their children and was cought on the act. Police tried to interfere and as soon as he did no follow and went to the car he was shot. Does not matter how many times. At best case scenario he was leaving with kidnapped children that would result in a car chase and potentially many people being at risk now.
The police did the right thing. Even if they had to shoot 100 times. Entitled white rioters were going out looting, burning and killing people, playing social justice warriors. Some of them were with a criminal record. One child molester was trying to rape and kill Kile. A boy who was there to turn down fires and provide medical assistance. Other criminals tried to kill him, while he was trying to surender to the police.
Stop watching CNN and other fake sources of information, who were calling the protests peaceful for an year, then framed them mostly peaceful, or fiery but peaceful. These fake news are the reason why we have the kyle case in the first place
