Thanks man, I’ll try to add notes more often to the log in the future. I know that it probably gets monotonous since I’m not the most talkative person (obviously lol). I really appreciate all of the support that you’ve all given me, it’s really motivating and helps me get through the tough days. I’m weighing 231.2 today pre-workout so I’ll have some newer progress pictures later tonight, too

Thanks everybody, I’m feeling way better now than I did when I was 250 lol. This week my lowest was the 231.2 from that day I got pictures and my highest was 235.6. I’m cutting a lot slower than I have in the past but my lifting’s felt surprisingly good so I feel this is more sustainable for me lifestyle-wise
