Thanks everybody, I’m feeling way better now than I did when I was 250 lol. This week my lowest was the 231.2 from that day I got pictures and my highest was 235.6. I’m cutting a lot slower than I have in the past but my lifting’s felt surprisingly good so I feel this is more sustainable for me lifestyle-wise
