Unfortunately I’m still stalled out in the mid 230s lately, was at 236.6 today. I think I’ll be able to drop weight more consistently once I get my lower body work back to normal weights, but for now I’m still building them back up from the injuries I had recently. Just trusting the process right now and doing what I can
