does anyone have any experiance with this supplement i read about it and it said that its supposed to be better than creatine mono because it doesn’t turn into a toxic. also it says you dont have to load or cycle with it anyone use this before thanks for your advice.
Waste of money, just stick to the regular monohydrate. Use the search function for the reasons why.
I used it and saw NOTHING ( lucky I got it for free) when I ran out went back to regular Monohydrate and actually saw the results again.

As an elite amateur endurance athlete (cyclist) for 15 years that is in the gym lifting a few days per week (this time of the year)…I’ve used for a little less than a month…so far so good. I haven’t been a fan of the ‘old’ creatine because of water weight (want to be as light as possible) and + leg cramps.
I’ve found that I have more energy and less lactic acid burn during hard training rides lasting up to 3-5 hours at a time. Will keep trying for a few more months…to give my final vote.
PS…I highly doubt anyone would be able to tell the difference between the old/new creatine if all one does is drive to the gym and throw down (example) 30 minutes of back/biceps and drive home to sit on the couch.
