Know how book

Does anybody know anything about the “Know how book”??? Who is Don Lemmon??? Does his advice have any credibility??

His diet is actually quite a bit of work to master BUT does work when I’ve applied it to me and my clients. Separates food into 12 food groups and they are split so as to digest easily. The lack of indigestion lends itself to a higher metabolism and less water/ fat retention. I give the diet an A+ . .his training is more along HIT . .I’ve done better doing the Dave Draper/ GVT style of lesser intensity and more volume. His book is worth owning. My two cents
ps: yes many will say he’s moody/ hard to get along with or contact . .he’s busy and absorbed in what he does- I wouldn’t take it personally if you e-mail him
