I don’t think cracking is bad, its just trapped air in the joint. Or so I read. If there is no pain it should be fine.
My knees used to crack all the time from bodyweight squats. I’ve never had a knee injury or any knee pain. They haven’t been cracking recently though… not really sure what to attribute this too, maybe fish oil? Either way I don’t believe you have anything to worry about unless you start to get pain or soreness.
Wow never thought it was actully this common, doesn’t even bother me hearing it anymore.
