I’ve been feeling some discomfort lately directly below my knee cap after leg training. Does anyone know of anything I can use to relieve some of the pain and inflamation? Not something to take orally, I mean like a balm or something that can be applied directly to the area.
There used to be this stuff called Tiger Balm for aches and pains but I don’t even know if they still make it or if there’s something better that anyone knows of. Thanks!
tiger balm is still out there - the red is the strongest one. try massaging some comfrey salve or castor oil before & after. works for me. hope this helps some.

These are all things that I have done and my knee used to be terrible after my workouts. Really the ART worked wonders, check into it. My health care provider actually covered it 100% too.
