I had knee and ankle pain before (both this year, and ankle every time it was swollen (always type 1 sprain, last time last year)). I thought pain will be over in couple days and it was I started to take painkillers (all from mild to strong) due to probably unrelated surgeries I had in past few months (hydrocelectomy, wisdom teeth extraction), however now the pain came back and I do not know what it is. I also have pain in neck and shoulder, probably due to poor posture (posture at office work, commuting, swimming, stress on shoulders at gym). I am completely clueless of what it could be as I had no swelling, no redness, could still bear weight (now I cannot lift anything heavy due to hydrocelectomy). I will go to doctor next week as I would like to resume with lifting weights and swimming but I wonder what could it be so we can find proper diagnosis?
