its because Im a midget.
Im about 5’6, I can hit 275 for a single maybe a double on front squats on a good day,
in sept I box squatted 405 to a 14" box.

liked the wrist wraps allot. they seemed to alleviate any elbow pain!!!

probably could have got 8 on 200 , better still lame.
did some bullshit accessory work and got out of there.
the db presses felt good, got ten the first 3 sets 8 after,
wante to do kroc rows, but felt like ass.

You short stocky NYC fugs and your short range of motion. Some days wish I could be 5 inches shorter. That day is called squat day. Good work tonight buddy. And don’t worry, wraps and a belt are not too much of gear whoring. In fact it still makes you RAAAAAWWWWWWWWWW.

I really like the wrist wraps for bench as well. It really helps keep my tendinitis at bay.

mobility, foam more mobility low back and hips tight as hell.

Notes.
I need to train with the belt for a bit to get used to it, its harder to hit depth,
but you can PUSH wit de abs.
305 felt fine, 8 rep or so got hard
the wrist wraps helped with keeping my forarms vertical felt good.
front squats, 5x10 is too much for me, 4x8 instead.
BSS- still love these, great pump after these too.
NGHR the exercise you love to hate.
