I realized I did week two the first day duh- supposed to be a lighter week.
wanted to clarify that the ten reps yesterday where hard as hell
and made me wonder what the next few weeks would be like OH press is something I need to work on.

prep is where we take lights, cable equipment and junk
We lable color code, organize and pack it to deploy.
pretty physical junk,tow of us packed a 45’ trailer and a 33’ bobtail
that is allot of cable.
we even had some 18K’s thats 18,000 watts, big lights. Fun.
Soooo I did the I aint doing jack shit tonight.

a ton of hip junk

thats it.
Notes
pecs and lats felt tight as hell from the dips/pullups
315x12- used a little bit of chalk, only stopped cause I started to loose some positioning should have kept going judo grip of doom felt solid.
