I realized I did week two the first day duh- supposed to be a lighter week.
wanted to clarify that the ten reps yesterday where hard as hell
and made me wonder what the next few weeks would be like OH press is something I need to work on.

busy busy day in the shop prepping for a gig

prep is where we take lights, cable equipment and junk
We lable color code, organize and pack it to deploy.

pretty physical junk,tow of us packed a 45’ trailer and a 33’ bobtail
that is allot of cable.
we even had some 18K’s thats 18,000 watts, big lights. Fun.

Soooo I did the I aint doing jack shit tonight.
did the reps and beat it.

foam, spinal flossing, mobility, pecs tight -duh 13 million dislocates , lytp,
a ton of hip junk
some OH squats 95x10,135x10

A Deadlift 135x5,225x5,240x5,275x5,315x12

OH squats 135x10

thats it.

Notes
pecs and lats felt tight as hell from the dips/pullups
315x12- used a little bit of chalk, only stopped cause I started to loose some positioning should have kept going judo grip of doom felt solid.

spinal flossing is some mobility drill thingus, that makes my back and hips feel good.

No training today- making some questionable TV- this week is super busy
but also a week of harder work then usual so we will see about training.

I should have kept going on the reps- I can do more

No other training this week- work was too busy.
Its good to work in television this month, not so much the rest of the year.

Something is going on with my hip and shoulder kind of sucks.

Notes.
even after all the mobility crap I wasn’t warm enough- I often have to do this to get the rack
from the quat rack curlers

OH squat 135 feels like the bar- 185 kinda hard to hit depth with this still felt good

squats uhm without the box I seem to fall forward more, what does that say?
work on staying tight and that I need to work on my back- low back and mid back allot.
and I need to work on getting power out of the whole so to speak.
I dont bounce - nor use my quads for pop off the box, so squats need work
sigh.

Good mornings had to fight - hard these suck.

shoulders felt good/elbows not so much.
maybe Squat and OH press arent a good match, more likely deads and OH press are.
