I did them in my power cage holding onto a jumpstretch miniband, so I couldn’t catch myself. I did five serial faceplants and then decided I liked the effect of good mornings better…

DCA was funnier without knowing it my neck is short and blocky and lacks mobility

I think GHR do more for the hams then good mornings- everyone is built different
I try to rack as little on my traps as possible - the light back squats are enough for me to feel a little damage. I bet Sumo RDL might be better for me then Good Mornings…

felt like ass today- everything felt heavy today
speed work- fun felt good , got some arch practice in
floor press 3rd set at 205 felt heavy as hell right shoulder is feeling it.
pullups supposed to be neutral grip that wasnt happening- so med grip palms up
these were hard today probably should have done these first before floor press
rows and pushups , kind of fun…

Andersons I did them from the bottom- ATG this sucked ass.
OK they sucked Donkey Ass.
the next pin is too high for my short self. this rack has the 3" spacing
but I cant build the floor up … needs work. Or I can go heavier on the higher pin.

reverse lunges, 155 was too much for the left leg go figure

speed pulls- these where sort of fast Its hard to manage technique when tired, but I guess thats the point.

With andersons I sometimes put plates (35’s and 45’s work well) or a board or a platform I built under my feet to change the height. I have 3-4" spacing on my rack as well. ATG Andersons are super tough. They’re in a spot where you are usually REALLY depending on the stretch-shortening reaction to make it out of the hole.

I trained one day this week, and made television OK made some really really deplorable television
for about 60 hours spread out over 4 day so kinda blew off the other 3 days.

Im doing a vacation the second week of august and likely wont train then either- some gpp
hill runs sure but thats it.
Soo I might just make this month of the program- a longer “cycle”
with 1.5 deloads instead
