but the chucks make you light as air…
Ill take 180…
Usually it’s a little less, I wonder if I should try to gain any size weight?
I like being little type strong dude.

Go bigger. Short and thick. That’s what I think is best for body type. Just my preference though.
6.4.09
build lower
foam mobility, dislocates, OH squat 95x10,135x10,135x6
A broad jump 5x5
B elevated dead lift off of 45 plate 4x5
135x5,225x5, 315x5, work 365x6,365x5, 385x5, 365x5*
C db reverse lunges 3x6
70,80,80
D pallof presses 3x10
then I swam for 20 minutes.
Notes
work was hard yesterday, making a location television show and deadlifts dont mix.
the third set of 385 was 3+2, so I cut the weight back,
felt some back rounding too.
thats about it, thanks for reading.
kmc
OB_s I knew you where a size queen.
I would consider getting heavier or bigger if my strength went up accordingly, and stayed
mostly lean.

Shit. Great Pulling. Guess I have to add you to the list of everyone that deadlifts more than me at half my weight. Better go over to Powerful Women and see by how much Obouro, PMPM and Court all out deadlift me.
thanks people…
Mj its only the short legs, and long arms combo-
kmc
Hmmmm…I have short legs and long arms. Doesn’t seem to help me.
Those are some insane weighted pullups. Seriously +75lbs is fierce.
Thanks Alpha, OB_S, MJ Joe, and Math,
I appreciate it , having people comment on your work is great motivation.
I love doing the weighted pull ups- but it kills the tendonitis.
kmc
Just reading through your log – this is very impressive for a plush puppet. (Seriously, though, nice deadlifts.)
Thank you Alisa,
the plush makes it hard to get a decent grip.
it does soak allot of sweat so thats a plus.
and it makes getting dressed easier

6.5.09
build upper
foam, mobility, ytwl, dislocates some other shit.
A speed bench 155 8x3
then “heavy” 245x2*
225x3
B2 cgbp 195 3x5
B2 chest supported row 3x5
3 45’s
C1 supine row/reverse bench what ever 3x10
feet up bw+25 lbs.
C2 scap push ups 3x15
Notes
Forgot what fun bench after pulling feels like
speed work concentrated on arch and touching in the same place.
the heavy set well felt heavy to me 245 x2 was slow
the chest supported row thing- always hurts the elbows- tendonitis sucks.
cgbp- I suck at these, but they felt less suck.
I dislike pressing.
thats it another week of robbing Eric Cressey
thanks for reading have a good weekend
kmc
You bastids!
all the excitement of bunnys HUGE PR and HUGE meet,
