i just started trying (i wont say doing) the hanging leg raises, they are humbling…and i thought the ab wheel was tough.

Bah what does being good at something have to do with enjoying it?

I pretty much suck at the totality of weight lifting but I enjoy it so I do it.

I remember when my son was learning to walk by pushing this wheeled thing. he would do it for an hour straight, like it was his job. no pullups on the table though.

I like ok love doing some of the o-lifts but it would be nice to be more proficient at them

felt like ass today- deadlifts and push press earlier in the week left me for dead.

mobility , lunges, hips ankcles more more still not enough.
pecs and shoulder carriage soo tight.

bb complex to warm up bar,65,95 all x5 BO row, RDL, jump shrug full clean, Power snatch OH squat all x5

OH squat 95 3x5 135-x3 wow this is bad.

Front squat ATG 135x5,185x5,225x5,245 5x2 as a big cluster 95 5x10

DB snatch 70 4x8

incline treadmil sprints 8x 20 secs

note.

too tight
too beat up. could not get under the bar for OH squats.
looks like a mini de-load is due.
this is sad but its a good indicator of some stuff going wrong…

245x5x2 on front squats was ok just felt all beat.
did 95x10 as a bbb

DB snatches felt fun no pop
sprints still sucked.

glad I trained , just need to get in a little volume and some recovery

just needed to get some toxins out- and blood in.
nothing exciting, OH squats , wow inactivity takes a toll
more on mobility and conditioning then strength.
go figure.

I pulled 425 snatch grip for 3, squatted 385 for an double
I think I hit 185 for 4 on an OH squat and some other junk PR’s

Anyway- Boy is a year old , when did that happen

uhm these are kind of hard too duh.

I never understand how people can do complexes to warm-up. lol. That’s hard core! My warm up consists of 1930s style stretches and foam rolling.

Excellent front squatting and 135 on the OHSquats is ridic. I’m still OH squatting the bar FFS!
