Notes
felt nice to be back lungs still gross , no endurance, will fix that.
Front squats felt ok- felt light so I went heavy first 285 was too high second one felt great
could not get in the volume I wanted felt like crap
I try to go ATG til its too heavy then its hams to calves

trap bar jumps - fun
roll outs and BSS just got to.
the bulgarian splits - I went lower but tried to hit some higher reps
I need some volume so I put it here

still feel like ass got some blood moving
OH pres- these felt ok- 175 Is pretty near bw weighed 186 in gym cloths
but I should’nt push those that hard

Pull ups felt ok too would have liked 5x10 this ended up to be 50 reps
dips nothing exciting here

Neck!!! did some stuff pushing a med ball around - on a wall
and used a dip belt + 12 lb med ball with a handle
to do some very light neck junk.

I think we are seeing some light in here…

Nice front squats, coming off an illness zaps your power.

and Little man is trying to do all of it- seriously.

today he did a bunch of forward and backward neck bridges- cause I was playing with them…

he is just 11 months old

now here is where I am going to get into trouble

I promised the wife I would not get little man into any kind of training too early
and here he is doing neck bridges and actual pull ups on the dining table

ooops.

Funny how kids take on our interests… it drives my wife crazy.

OH squats tell me I need to do more… seems like 5 months ago I did 135 x10 OH squats every session

Snatch off blocks- plenty of jump - very little getting low under the bar

Deads first time in 6? months I pulled last few weeks have just been playing with a trap bar.
425x1 then called it quits felt good had some speed- but felt stiff lots of strain.
sprints needed to do some- how I felt like ass tells me I need to do much more of them.
