5x5 handstand pushups

just needed to do something.

I’m a mean old fuck and don’t like kids much until they can more around on their own and better yet talk. Then they start to be a lot of fun.

i remember when mine learned how pushing his wheely-thing was like walking. he would do it like it was his job 4-5 hours a day, smiling his little ass off the whole time.

MJ I have been in central park maybe a dozen times in my life.
I will admit that 10 or 12 of those visits,
marijuana may have been involved.

I am mostly healthy- still feel like shit

I lied… I have some kind of lung infection yay.

I did manage
some pvc roling
a few sessions consisting of

2x50 bw squat
4x30 pushups
2x25 dips

thats all I can manage.

might train tomorrow.

watch out for that walking pneumonia - getting fluid in your lungs is bad news

Sorry to hear about the infection. Are you sure it’s a good idea to train before it’s cleared up? When I’m sick, best thing is rest, rest, rest. Hate it, but when get back to the gym, I feel stronger.

Your kid is darling! Does he watch you train? You’re going to have to get him his own barbell set soon.
