pulls- felt ok , 365 felt super heavy on what should have been the third dbl became a singe

they killed my elbow and my neck.

For lower back, try weighted ab rollouts, from the knees. Ouch, but in a good way.

do it they are a wonder exercise
upper back, low back grip glutes hams and quads.

and yes it was my right hand opening up-
you can see the pinky and ring fingers give out
happens when I am tired or to beat up
usually my grip is pretty decent

that last set of 365 I kind of spread my knees- out
and pointed toes out- some how those are much faster

putting that little bit of cardio at the start felt good
pressing felt ok- ater 155 they became push presses
205 moved fast enough 225 would have been too much today

pullups- did a bunch of different grips elbows still tender

As are these. I only recently started doing them and they kick my ass. I’m impressed at the weight you handle. Although they look metro…

My kids started the terrible two at about 18 months and it lasted until they were 4. Now they’re 11 and into the pre-teens, and it’s all starting over again…

I am stuck making television execs and clients feel all creative

now I wear fancy shoes, dark jeans and a plain black t-shirt
in winter I will add a merino black v-neck and for those asking hair grooming products
yes manicures nothing says clean like a manicure and a hand full of callouses and teenybopper hair

adding that little burst of cardio at the beginning felt good
