I know direct arm work doesn’t get much love on here, but I find if I work bis directly my strength on chins and most back exercises goes up. So don’t be embarassed, just call it back assistance work if it makes you feel better.

years of wreslting and judo and coiling cable does it.
and likely its just how my training goes,

D meadows swings and other shoulder raise shit 3 rounds of lots xlots
that is the quick version
triples felt good. really good.
wanted 5x5 for front squats
need to add volume one session at a time
threw in shoulder shit- as I notice
OH squats and db snatches seem to leave a bunch of soreness
so why not make it a thing and train shoulder a bit too

the z presses - this rack is taller- less ROM
PG - he is fascinated by lights.
and Yes he has big huge legs- not all that fat either

But I did because I wanted to find the cute kid. Mine never went threw terrible 2s, but fours were killer.
Im hoping for some DOMS after my squats tomorrow, hoping you didnt hog it all.
