will try to train in Indiana
Out in Indianapolis did a TRX workout this morning
Doing the big ten game tonight.
Found an awesome gym but just could not get there
S onto much to talk about.
Funny thins with the big ten football is MSU is playing and I went there for 1 semester
But couldn’t cut it with those big ten kids so that coach got me a gig elsewhere
Funnily enough he became a great supporter
It’s easy to be supportive of no bullshit, nice people that work hard w/o whining.

Yeah I got a massage, and now can move again, but I’m wondering if it’s a mix of a too heavy bag, and the pillow situation. I don’t really support my neck when I sleep.
Cool stuff on getting to shoot the game. I told my brother you were and he’s super jealous.
PG thank you
It’s good to have allies.
Peaches2 see good soft tissue work goes a long long way.

Seems like you’re getting in some pretty good sessions even with traveling.
When my elbows we’re giving me fits a few years ago I got some sleves and they helped a ton. I no longer have elbow problems so I don’t use them much but the first sign of any slight problem I’ll run right back to them. For a small price they help a ton. FWIW if you do buy sleves and get the EFS brand they run stupid small, I have XXL and they’re almost to small and my arms are not that big, MAYBE 17" pumped.
Peroneal tendons? I googled them. They look important. Maybe you should see a REAL doctor…
And its true. It IS nice to make allies! I still shoot the shit with my college soccer coach. lol! He was skeevy then, and he still is now. Its amazing. I’m drawn to sketchy people. shrug
Nice training, Kev! Getting your groove back after all the travel. Good stuff!
Dday- thanks man back at home, trying to get a groove or blast going
Vmasc - are you not a ‘real’ Dr.
actually I have to get a physical soon its that time.
the deal with any injury fake or not is its not just one Dr
its like ten
all my coaches always kind of reluctantly paid attention to me
I was a blip on the radar that coach I mentioned- helped me get a ‘job’
by helping me transfer
As another not real doctor, I’m going to second the seeing a real doctor push. I know you’re one of the ‘tape that shit up and get back in the game’ types, but real doctors, do sometimes actually know things. It’s a hassle, but sometimes worth it.

And now we know why you spend so much time on T-Nation ![]()
Solid work jet-setter. Definitely look into elbow sleeves and see if that helps.
Thanks for the tip about the elbow sleeve sizes dday. I was wondering about how they ran for size.
james
James -thank you
its true about the sleeves- I would have not known that either tanks again dday
Peaches-
I have to wait unil work is slow.
when you are self employed- I cant take 4 days off to see 4 Dr’s
I have to see my GP soon for the old guy physical I can ask then
for a referral

When I got shot I went to a Vet I knew to fix it up.
To be fair I only got hit by one shotgun pellet. I didn’t want it to sound like I got gut shot or something.
Joe Good is fucking gangster!

totally gangster
and Kev- crushed glutes are the bestest. You always inspire me to hit those hard. ![]()
I got cut when I was in school too. Hurt way worse than the shot gun pellet to the leg.
The Marines straightened my ass out though.
I liked that push/pull combo there. Do you have trouble getting the plates on your back for loaded push ups? Its kind of hard for me if I don’t have a lifting partner.
